Breakfast was excellent! Lots of choices and all prepared well. Shout out to Hilary - her friendliness and attentiveness were noticed and appreciated. Friendly young man at check-in, and a friendly young lady helped me make a subsequent reservation. I was going to stay in Sonora on 2/29, but the fine treatment and facilities prompted me to re-book at this property instead. Well done!

Great stopover location for our road trip from Austin to the Big Bend National Park. Hotel is ideally located just off the main highway. Room was clean and spotless and staff were really friendly and helpful. Good choice at breakfast too!

Everything!! Friendliest staff! We broke down in Ozuna and manager allowed late checkout and for us to hang out in the lobby while our vehicle was being worked on. Thank you all so much for such EXECEPTIONAL HOSPITALITY!!!!

Liz at the front desk was AWESOME! Booking.com totally dropped the ball on our reservation... but Liz saved the day and got us in a room!! And when we arrived at the hotel, she was so sweet and empathetic about the situation!! We highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Ozona, TX... but we DON'T recommend Booking.com!!
